Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. I offer a warm, inclusive space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy, curious, anxious, overwhelmed, neurospicy or just unsure. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, relationship challenges or big life shifts, I’m here to support you with compassion and zero judgment. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, healing, and whatever “better” looks like for you.
About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized certification in Healthcare Social Work and training through WPATH. My work is grounded in a strengths-based, client-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, compassion, and collaboration. I support clients across a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care, relationship challenges, healthy sexuality, ENM/poly-informed therapy, building self-worth and setting boundaries.
I’ve worked in a range of settings including foster care, VA, hospitals, schools, hospice, and oncology support. Now focused on individual therapy, I see clients across the lifespan, with many in their teens (14+), 20s navigating identity and independence, 30s–40s facing career and relationship shifts, and 60+ clients reevaluating life priorities. Whatever stage you’re in, therapy can help clarify your values and move you toward meaningful change.
My therapeutic presence is calm, grounded, and collaborative. I bring warmth and humor where appropriate, and I consistently check in with clients to ensure our work together feels useful and aligned with their needs. Your feedback is not only welcome—it’s encouraged. I want you to feel safe advocating for what works best for you.
I draw from a variety of approaches—such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—tailoring our sessions to fit your needs. I work to ensure I am completing new trainings and always working towards serving from a trauma informed perspective. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is essential, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, safe, and empowered.
In our first session, we’ll review consent and privacy, and I’ll ask some questions to understand what’s bringing you in and how I can support you. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to—I’ll meet you where you are. Whether you're clear on your goals or still figuring it out, we'll work together to identify focus areas and create a path forward that feels right for you.
You're always welcome to ask me questions—feeling comfortable and aligned with your therapist is one of the most important parts of the process. If at any point it feels like I’m not the right fit for you, I completely understand and will gladly help connect you with another provider who may better meet your needs. Your well-being is the priority.

Services
This extended initial session provides the time and space to explore your concerns in depth and begin building a therapeutic relationship. During the 90-minute assessment, we’ll review your current challenges, relevant personal history, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to share your story in a thoughtful, collaborative setting where you are met with compassion and curiosity—not judgment.
We may discuss emotional patterns, relationships, past experiences, and current stressors to help identify the best approach for your care. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide if this feels like a good fit.
*55 minute sessions through insurance
These 45-minute one-on-one sessions offer a supportive space to explore personal goals, navigate life transitions, and address everyday challenges. Life coaching is future-focused and collaborative—centered on helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
This isn’t psychotherapy, meaning this is not diagnosis based. It is individual issue directed—it’s a powerful partnership focused on helping you tap into your strengths, trust your voice, and move forward with purpose. Whether you're navigating relationships, career decisions, or your next chapter, coaching offers practical support and forward momentum.
This standard therapy session offers a consistent space for reflection, support, and growth. In our 55 minutes together, we’ll focus on what’s most present for you—whether that’s managing anxiety, navigating relationships, exploring past experiences, or simply making sense of where you are right now.
Sessions are conversational, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. You set the pace. My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you connect the dots. Over time, our work can support insight, healing, and meaningful change.

Gender Affirming Surgery Letters
As part of my commitment to supporting gender-affirming care, I offer letters for surgeries and procedures when required by medical providers or insurance companies. These letters typically follow WPATH guidelines and require thoughtful, individualized attention to ensure they reflect your experience and meet professional standards.
Please note that time spent on letter-writing, documentation, or coordination with your medical team occurs outside of regular therapy sessions and is billed accordingly. The fee for this out-of-session work is $150 per hour. In most cases, a standard letter takes approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on the complexity and whether additional consultation or documentation is requested.
I’m happy to discuss this process with you in session and ensure that you're informed and supported every step of the way. If you have any questions or financial concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out— sliding scale available.
-
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letters
I provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters for clients who are experiencing emotional or psychological challenges that may be alleviated through the companionship of an animal. These letters can support requests for housing accommodations under the Fair Housing Act and are written following a thorough assessment to determine appropriateness based on clinical need.
Please note that ESA letters are not the same as service animal documentation. Service animals are specifically trained to perform tasks related to a disability and are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); ESA letters do not grant access to public spaces like restaurants or airplanes, nor do they apply to service animal qualifications.
If you're seeking an ESA letter, we will discuss your needs during a session and, if clinically appropriate, I will provide documentation. The fee for this outside of session work is $100 per letter. I do not provide letters without an established therapeutic relationship or adequate clinical history. Sliding scale available.
-

"Favorite Client"
Because sometimes you just know you’re your therapist’s favorite (even if they’d never admit it). This design is for the therapy-goers who show up, dig deep, drop insightful one-liners, and somehow make breakthroughs and jokes in the same session. https://www.cafepress.com/shop/EmotionallyRegulatedRetail/products

My Therapist Hates You!
Because sometimes, you just need to know you’re not the crazy one. This bold and cheeky design is your official stamp of validation—from the person who knows your story best. Whether it’s a toxic ex, a draining friend, or just someone who doesn’t get it, this is your reminder: your therapist sees it too, and they’re definitely on your side.

My therapist said NO!
Because sometimes you need a professional to back up your pettiness.
Let everyone know your behavior has been officially evaluated... and denied. Whether you're about to make a questionable life choice, text your ex, or RSVP “yes” to chaos—your therapist has spoken. And it’s a hard no.
Perfect for setting boundaries without saying a word. Bonus: makes a great gift for your most unhinged friend who thinks “just one more time” is a personality trait.
Therapist approved? Absolutely not. Therapist involved? Absolutely.
